Jason Glisczynski, CPWA®, CFP®

Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional,
Investments & Wealth Institute® Member, and a WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Member.

Jason primarily works with business owners, executives, and high net worth to ultra high net worth people in in the manufacturing industry using a VFO (Virtual Family Office) framework. This methodology consists of investment consulting, advanced planning, and professional relationship management.

 

Jason’s has nearly 20 years of advisory experience, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional, an Investment & Wealth Institute® member, a Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants Member, and author of the International Best Selling Book Planning with Purpose: Solving Your Unique Retirement Puzzle.  

 

His advanced planning approach addresses the 5 key financial concerns of successful individuals and families:

Smart investing

Mitigating taxes

Protecting their loved ones, their heirs, their legacy

Preventing assets from being unjustly taken through litigation, divorce, or uncovered risks

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Clair, backpacking, golfing, camping, and fishing. Jason and his wife often participate in serving various non-profit organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Celebrate Plover Foundation.

Jon focuses on Advanced Planning for clients to ensure all aspects of their financial plan are organized, efficiently executed, and stress free.

His advanced planning approach addresses the 5 key financial concerns of successful individuals and families: Smart investing, mitigating taxes, protecting their loved ones, their heirs, their legacy, preventing assets from being unjustly taken through litigation, divorce, or uncovered risks, and maximizing charitable gifts.

 

Jon graduated from UW Madison with a triple major in finance, economics, and real estate. He is highly proficient in utilizing various software programs to help clients achieve their desired outcome with their financial plan.

 

Jon spends his free time with his wife Sarah and two sons, Jonathan and Jameson. They enjoy road trips, hiking, and camping. He is an avid Formula 1 fan and has attended races in 3 countries. 

Noelle McGinnis  Client Advocate

Noelle joined the team in 2018 and assists in project-based work, newsletters, and client events.  She does a lot of “heavy lifting” behind the scenes to support advisors and other team members with complex tasks, and primarily works remotely.

 

She graduated in 2008 from UW Oshkosh with a BA in Communication & English, and has an extensive background in customer service.  Since joining the team, she has greatly expanded her knowledge of the inner workings of insurance and investment companies and various software programs, making her highly proficient at completing tasks quickly and accurately.

 

In her free time, you’ll find Noelle hiking trails with her husband, twin daughters, and blue heeler, listening to podcasts or reading books on topics such as neuroscience and nutrition.

Tammy’s main focus as Client Concierge is greeting clients and the general public, scheduling of meetings, and handling the majority of client service requests.  She also provides team and advisor support.

Tammy brings well over 30 years in customer service experience and strives to know our clients extremely well.  By gaining in-depth knowledge of each client’s situation she is able to tailor the service she provides on a highly personal level.

Tammy is a life-long resident of Stevens Point, and has two grown children, a daughter-in-law and one granddaughter.  She also has a dog named Lucy.

During Tammy’s off time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She is often times found playing cards (particularly cribbage), but enjoys many other card and board games.  Other past time enjoyments are walking, bike riding, sudoku puzzles, and light traveling.

Elena serves as Office Manager, Paraplanner, and Client Concierge.  In each of these roles her goal is to ensure your client journey is worry-free and delightful.   She will help you achieve your work optional lifestyle as seamlessly as possible.

 

She has over twenty years of customer service experience in fields ranging from hospitality to insurance.  She is a graduate of UW-Madison with a BFA in Dance.

 

In her free time, Elena enjoys hiking and kayaking (dancing along the way).  She lives in Stevens Point, WI with her teenage son and daughter and two dogs.
