Our Wealth Management Process
1. Discovery Meeting
Our process begins with a client discovery meeting where we get to know you on a deep level. We will focus on understanding the 6 key areas of your Total Client Profile: your values, goals, relationships, process, interests, and assets. The only way for us to effectively plan for your financial future is to get to know you extremely well.
2. Investment Plan Meeting
After a couple weeks, we will meet again to present to you our recommended investment plan – including a diagnostic of your current situation, our recommendations for you moving forward, and details on our investing approach. Before you decide to make an invest with our firm, it is our goal to create the first investment in you.
3. Mutual Commitment Meeting
If you decide to move forward with Silvertree, we will set up a mutual commitment meeting. This is our confirmation of commitment to work together. This is when we will sign necessary paperwork, transfer assets, and begin putting your plan into motion.
4. 45 Day Follow-up Meeting
Approximately 45 days later, we will have a follow-up meeting. During this meeting we will be organizing your paperwork and covering any additional details we may need in order to further your plan.
5. Regular Progress Meetings
Approximately 90 days later we will have our first of many regular progress meetings. During these regular meetings we will be reviewing your progress and work on implementing your advanced plan.
6. The Advanced Plan
The advanced planning process is really where Silvertree separates ourselves from the rest. An Advanced Plan is a comprehensive evaluation of the entire range of financial needs with our recommendations for moving forward.
7. VFO – Virtual Family Office
Once we’ve developed your advanced plan, this is when we will implement your virtual family office (VFO) – a custom built virtual family office created specifically for you, your family, and your needs.
